We ship to all US states where hemp-derived CBD products are legal. Shipping times are estimates only. Elope CBD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
We stand behind every box. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right — full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Opened items are not eligible for return unless defective.
